Davis House

Enjoy plenty of outdoor nature, with a back patio entertaining space, large indoor kitchen, small seating and meeting rooms for your next event.

The Davis House is a beautiful former residence just southwest of Springfield city limits on the Davis Property, operated by the Springfield-Greene County Park Board. The Davis House is home to the Community Sports Development Program offices including archery and volleyball. The Park Board’s indoor-outdoor Archery Range is also part of the Davis Property.

Rental Information

The Davis House is available for wedding, retreat and reception rentals. The rental application, along with full rental payment, must be submitted to the Springfield-Greene County Park Board a minimum of 90 days prior to the desired event date. Facilities are available for use between the hours of 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. Application should be mailed, hand delivered or e-mailed to Ben Kellner.
