A 245-acre park in a rural setting, just northwest of Springfield city limits. Includes playground, picnic pavilion, trails, woods, lake, streams, sand volleyball court, archery range. Ritter Springs is accessible by Ozark Greenways’ Fulbright Spring Greenway trail, connecting Ritter Springs to David C Murray Park.
This park is home to the Park Board's Ritter Springs summer day camp, which closes portions of the park for camp use on summer weekdays, 8 am.-4 p.m.
The Park Board’s Outdoor Initiatives program holds occasional guided hikes, nature walks, overnight camp-outs and other events at Ritter Springs.

Open daily, sunrise to sunset. After hours, gate will open for exiting cars only.
Park is closed to visitors weekdays, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. between Memorial Day and the first day of school for SPS, for SPARC summer day camp. Access to the Fulbright Spring Greenway remains open during day camp.
