Participants have one month to complete the distances of a full Ironman event, substituting swimming with a rowing machine.

Small Group Training

Free Virtual Classes
Dan Kinney Family Center offers virtual classes, available to members whenever the aerobics room is not in use. Classes range 20-50 minutes, and include: Fusion (Yoga-Pilates Mix), Definitions (Toning), Express (Intense 20-Minute Workouts), Kinetics (Total-Body Interval/Circuit Workouts), Stomp (Step Class), TKO (Cardio Kickboxing), Transitions (Workouts geared to 45+) and Vibe (Dance aerobics).
