- Provide safe and high quality instruction for equine activities to participants of all ages.
- Assist with other facility or daily equine maintenance duties, including participant assessments, providing lessons and lesson plans, equine suitability, health assessments and/or care.

- Provide an excellent guest experience by driving a 20-passenger tram and trailer and giving guided tours through the gardens.
