Room Rental Information
Rent the Doling Family Center for your next meeting, reunion or event. Fees vary depending on the room rented and services provided. Lock-ins are also available. We provide tables (6 foot rectangle) and chairs. Rental Agreement forms are available at the front desk. Call 417-837-5900 for more details.
East Room
The room has access to a kitchen and provides seating for up to 30 guests. The rate is $40/hour.
West Room
The room provides seating for up to 30 guests. The rate is $35/hour.
East & West Rooms
These rooms combined have access to the kitchen and provide seating for up to 60 guests. The rate is $75/hour.
Lock-Ins & Project Graduations
An Event Application and Rental Agreement Form must be completed and submitted at least one month in advance. Applications are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Reservations will be considered up to one year in advance. Anyone 21 years of age or older may rent the facility.
Lock-In: $450 for a 3-hour block of time at the conclusion of the facility’s normal business hours. Additional hours may be requested at a rate of $150/hour. A refundable cleaning/damage deposit of $30 will be charged, as well as a $10 Non-member fee, if not a Springfield-Greene County Park Board Family Center member.
Project Graduation: $1,200 for use of the facility between the hours of 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. This includes use of the Aquatics Center from 11 p.m. - 2 a.m. A refundable cleaning/damage deposit of $100 is required.
