    Skateboard, BMX-bikes, scooters and rollerblades welcome. (Skateboards only Saturday, 10 a.m.- 2 p.m.) Helmets required. Helmet and skateboard rentals available at Pro Shop.   2. Fall Skate Camp

    Geared toward beginner and intermediate skateboarders. Riders develop and enhance basic skateboarding skills while creating new friendships and building confidence. Instruction focuses on control, safety, park etiquette and skateboarding fundamentals. Space is limited, register in person. Limited skateboard rentals available. Scholarships may be available.   3. Turkey Trot Can Drive

    Join us for a free session at the Skate Park when you donate two canned food items. Proceeds benefit Ozark Food Harvest, in partnership with the Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot 5K Run-Walk.

  4. Ladies Night

    Ladies Night is a unique and fun opportunity for girls and women of all ages and abilities to ride and meet new friends while engaging in their favorite extreme sport. Ladies Night will be open for Skateboarding, Roller Skating, Scooters and BMX Biking. No pre-registration needed. Rental helmets, pads, and skateboards available. Riders under 18 must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian before they can participate. Springfield Skate Park 868-8758

  5. Game of Skate and High Ollie Contest

    Two contests, two categories. In the Game of SKATE, one skater starts by doing a trick, and other the other players try to duplicate it. For every miss, they get a letter, and when they have enough letters to spell SKATE, they’re out. The last remaining skater is the winner, like the basketball game HORSE. Test your High Ollie skills on our high bar. Winner with the highest jump over the bar is the winner — a reverse Limbo! Choose Intermediate or Advanced divisions. Prizes awarded. Limited skateboard rentals available.
