Fitness assessments are available to members. A qualified fitness professional will help you design a fitness program appropriate to your needs. Your goals, limitations, and injury history will be taken into account to create an individualized program. This services is free for all Chesterfield Family Center members.

Specialty Classes

  1. Tae Kwon Do


    Springfield Martial Arts Center will be offering Tae Kwon Do classes at Chesterfield Family Center. There will be beginner level classes and Advanced classes offered for all ages. These classes will teach the discipline of Martial Arts and help students develop motor skills, self control and achieve fitness.

Cardio Max Step

Core Strength Pilates

Cycling-X

Tabata


Tabata is a high intensity interval class that performs 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for eight rounds before switching movements. This class provides cardio endurance, strength, speed and agility training while giving a complete workout with a high calorie burn.
